Capable of handling one or multiple requirements—gathering, managing, and progressing them until satisfactory resolution. Manage client needs, gather requirements, propose standard solutions, and communicate SAP best practices. Generate effort and timeline estimates aligned with the estimation matrix defined in this tender document (Annex II), including a corresponding work plan identifying all required resources and profiles, and coordinating availability of necessary personnel for the planned sprint. Analyze new functionality provided by Business Functions (BF) or other SAP solutions. Develop a business case justifying the creation of a GAP for functionality not covered by standard SAP; obtain information on the business value added by such a GAP to build and present the case to the GAP Killing Committee, which may approve or reject it. Prepare solution proposals aligned with SAP best practices, adhering to the sustainability principle “Standard First.” What we seek: Study and understand involved business processes. Collaborate with YPF teams to keep scenario, process, and step documentation updated and consistent in tools defined by YPF. Configure proposed solutions, perform testing, and document results. Analyze issues by searching SAP Marketplace notes and/or raising SAP support messages for identified errors. Interface with end-user departments and coordinate tasks required to obtain user acceptance and approvals.
