We are seeking a Senior C\+\+ Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of cutting\-edge tools and automation solutions. In this role, you will work on improving workflows, integrating solutions into existing pipelines, and writing maintainable code while collaborating with a talented team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Develop tools and solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity * Integrate newly developed solutions with existing tools and pipelines * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented C\+\+ code * Debug and troubleshoot C\+\+ and C\# code within automation solutions to identify and fix issues * Design, maintain, and enhance automation solutions, tools, and frameworks * Integrate tools and automation solutions into CI systems and debug related issues * Contribute to the team’s overall technical vision and strategy **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in tools and automation development in desktop or console gaming environments or a similar role * Hands\-on experience with Unreal Engine for game development and CI/Build systems * Expert\-level debugging skills in C\+\+ and C\# * Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and projects * Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast\-moving environment * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members * Proficiency with version control systems, ideally experienced with Perforce * Basic understanding of at least one Command Line Interface, such as Cmd or Powershell * Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation **We offer** * Improved medical coverage \- EPAMers are eligible to participate in a supplementary health insurance program that shall have the usual coverage in the industry, with the Company funding 100% of the value of the monthly premium for participation * Lunch Allowance \- You will receive a daily allowance of CLP $ 7,000 per working day.
