We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer \- Applied AI Engineer **Job Objective** Design, build, and deploy generative AI-based solutions, agents, and foundational model-assisted workflows—focused on real-world impact, integration with existing systems, and rapid delivery without compromising technical control. **Role Purpose** This profile must transform AI capabilities into business-relevant products and automations. We seek an engineer with product mindset, implementation capability, and hands-on experience deploying AI systems in real-world environments. REQUIREMENTS * Strong experience in Python and service-oriented backend development. * Practical experience building solutions using LLMs, agents, RAG, or AI-assisted automation. * Proficiency with frameworks or SDKs such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK, or equivalents. * Experience with APIs, authentication, SQL databases, and integration patterns. * Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and deploying production-grade solutions. * Experience designing evaluations, metrics, quality testing, and monitoring for AI-native solutions. Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite (LAS CONDES) and 2 days remote.
