We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer \- Applied AI Engineer Job Objective Design, build, and deploy generative AI-based solutions, AI agents, and foundational model-assisted workflows—focused on real-world impact, integration with existing systems, and rapid delivery without compromising technical control. Role Purpose This role must transform AI capabilities into business-useful products and automations. We seek an engineer with product-oriented judgment, implementation capability, and experience deploying AI systems in real-world environments. Requirements: * Solid experience in Python and service-oriented backend development. * Practical experience building solutions with LLMs, agents, RAG, or AI-assisted automation. * Proficiency with frameworks or SDKs such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK, or equivalents. * Experience with APIs, authentication, SQL databases, and integration patterns. * Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and deployment of production-grade solutions. * Experience designing evaluations, metrics, quality testing, and monitoring for AI-native solutions. Offered: Office working hours, hybrid modality: 3 days onsite and 2 remote. Fixed-term contract with renewal option.
