Facilitate the Scrum methodology, supporting the team in achieving its goals and promoting self-management. ? Identify and manage impediments that may affect the team’s progress and productivity. ? Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are effective and goal-oriented. ? Promote continuous improvement, agile discipline, and a collaborative culture within the team. ? Support and guide collaboration between team members and the client. ? Ensure proper understanding and application of Scrum practices and principles, adapting them to the organization’s culture. ? Act as the team’s facilitator and coach, strengthening its autonomy and delivery capability. ? Manage and facilitate Scrum-related communication, both internally and externally. What are we looking for? ? Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification. ? Experience leading Scrum teams and/or development teams. ? Experience working with software development teams and technologies such as Java, Scala, Mobile Development, Web Development, or Core API. ? Knowledge of agile methodologies and other agile approaches. ? Demonstrable technical knowledge in software development. ? Ability to facilitate teams, promote collaboration, and support continuous improvement processes.
