We love MVPs! **We Are Hiring!** We are looking for a **Senior Salesforce Developer**, expert in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your role will be critical in ensuring successful technological migration and data integrity within a major insurance-sector project. You will be responsible for guaranteeing scalability, technical quality, and adherence to industry best practices. ***To apply for this position, you must reside in Santiago, Chile.*** ⚡️**What You’ll Do Daily:** * **Development and Architecture:** Master Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations. * **System Integration:** Design and implement integrations with external systems and middleware such as Apigee, Oracle Service Bus, or MuleSoft. * **Data Migration:** Ensure the integrity of the Salesforce data model and manage Governor Limits during complex processes. * **Lifecycle (CI/CD):** Manage deployments using tools like Gearset, Copado, and Git. * **Quality Assurance:** Design and execute unit and automated tests to ensure system stability. * **Collaboration:** Serve as a technical leader and mentor, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and resolving complex incidents. **⚡️If You’re Our Rockstar, You Must Have:** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computing, or related fields. * **Salesforce Experience (Mandatory):** Minimum 2 years in Salesforce backend or frontend development. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs. * **Required Certification:** Salesforce Platform Developer I (Essential). * **Bonus:** Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I certifications, or experience in the insurance sector (Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
