Analysis of metrics and identification of improvements At Houm, we are looking for our next **Real Estate Photographer Coordinator (HC) Chile!** This role aims to **coordinate, train, and develop the Photographer team**, ensuring accurate and timely property listings, scheduling of photo shoots, and information quality—directly impacting company results. **Main responsibilities:** * Coordination and follow-up of the real estate photographer team (Houmcheckers). * Ensuring compliance with processes, operational standards, and publication SLAs. * Supervising the entire workflow from photo shoot to publication. * Analyzing metrics, generating reports, and identifying improvement opportunities. * Collaborating with operational and commercial teams. **We are looking for candidates with:** * At least 2 years of experience in coordination, operational leadership, or team management. * Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up capabilities. * Excellent communication skills and results orientation. **Compensation model:** Fixed salary + performance-based commissions.
