The main responsibilities of this position are: * Update project Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) in management systems, based on information provided by project managers according to project assignments. * Support the project team in assessing the potential impact of changes and risks on successful project execution. * Prepare progress control reports for clients, both internal and external. * Periodically collect hours data, review and update physical progress. * Perform calculations of project performance KPIs. * Track commitments and work with Trend Log and Change Management. * Update actual expenditures, financial cash flow, contracts, and changes. **Qualifications:** Project Controls Specialist requires: * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields. * 8–10 years of professional experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project. * Basic proficiency in Power BI. * Intermediate English.
