What will you do? Strategic and Systemic Design: Design integrated solutions within a broad system, analyzing complex problems affecting both users and the organization’s overall strategy. Triad Leadership: Collaborate and lead within the squad, seeking consensus and commitment to advance as a team toward shared objectives. Continuous Validation: Prioritize data- and evidence-based decisions, constantly validating hypotheses through research and outcome measurement. Autonomy and Empowerment: Work independently to make design decisions aligned with the team’s vision, assuming full responsibility for deliverables. Evolving the Status Quo: Challenge current processes and continuously update knowledge to improve design efficiency and quality. What are we looking for? The professional must manage the end-to-end design process with high seniority (discovery, definition, design, user validation, experimentation), possess self-leadership and autonomy skills, enabling leadership of a product from conception, definition, MVP, and scaling. Experience in user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing). Knowledge of accessible design (WCAG) and quality assurance for digital products. Proficiency in product and business metrics (conversion, retention, CSAT, CES, OKRs). Experience in experimentation and validation (A/B testing, controlled trials). Ability to analyze data and translate insights into design decisions. Capability to document and communicate insights clearly and structurally. Effective communication skills and adaptability of messaging to audience.
