If you are passionate about process elicitation and analysis, continuous improvement, and collaborative work with technology teams, this opportunity is for you! What will you do? Elicit and document processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. Perform functional analysis of technology solutions prioritized by the organization. Develop BPMN workflows and requirements matrices. Coordinate with Development, QA, and end-user areas. Maintain and update deliverables from the functional design workflow (e.g., roles and profiles matrices, functional requirements, mockups, meeting minutes, etc.). Ensure traceability and timely delivery from requirement inception through final certification. Support decongestion of pending initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement via best practices and lessons learned. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Engineering (Mandatory). Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (Mandatory). Experience in process elicitation and documentation, functional analysis, and requirements handling. SQL experience. Knowledge of BPMN and requirements management. Experience working in agile or hybrid environments managing multiple initiatives. Residence in the Metropolitan Region or nearby (Mandatory). Desired qualifications: Experience in Financial Retail and Payment Methods processes.
