Administer, configure, maintain, and distribute telecommunications equipment while providing on-site and remote customer support across various areas. What are we looking for? 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Prior experience delivering on-site and remote technical support to end users or customers is desirable. Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of administration and configuration of telecommunications and networking equipment. LAN/WAN network management, IP addressing, basic switching and routing. Knowledge of installation, maintenance, and connectivity diagnostics. Basic experience in hardware support, structured cabling, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with remote support tools and ticket handling. Knowledge of operating systems.
