You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance activities based on the short-term horizon, as well as controlling plans and execution of activities according to company standards, to ensure equipment preservation, optimize resource allocation for maintenance program execution, and thereby contribute to the availability and reliability of fleets contractually and physically associated between Finning and the client. **Primary Job Responsibilities:** Receive and validate the Long-Term Projection with the client. Receive and validate the Quarterly Projection with the client. Distribute, publish, and archive the Monthly Plan. Query and deliver Backlog Execution Targets (Maintenance Plan). Deliver the defined programming strategy (repair plan, equipment prioritization, etc.). Communicate changes to centralized planning. Correct and validate changes according to priorities. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Higher Technical Degree. Knowledge of planning and scheduling strategy. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and its applications. Proficiency in computer tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cat Inspect, and SIS. Knowledge of maintenance and repair models. Proficiency in management software (AMT, SAP). Advanced-level Microsoft Office software proficiency. Ability to analyze and interpret variables, KPIs, and management targets. **Internal Requirements:** 1 year in current role. Performance evaluation rated as "Meets Expectations". **Minimum Application Level:** 2B or Technical C.
