Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Agile Coach to collaborate with Delivery Coaches, facilitate communities, apply IBM’s Readiness Model, manage workflow, and identify improvement opportunities. You will work jointly with the client’s Delivery Coaches to prepare artifacts and activities for each cycle. You will facilitate community sessions, guiding the client toward achieving autonomy. You will apply IBM’s Readiness Model—assessing individuals, planning their progress, and documenting evidence. You will manage workflow using defined tools and identify improvement opportunities within the development cycle. You will generate an evidence-based improvement backlog, contributing to the client’s methods and productivity front. You will selectively support communities requiring additional assistance, strengthening their working model and execution. What are we looking for? 8–12 years of experience in agility, digital product delivery, or team execution improvement. Experience supporting 5 or more teams simultaneously. Experience training and enabling other coaches, with autonomy to guide the client’s Delivery Coaches. Participation in at least one large-scale transformation program of a similar nature. Experience facilitating decision-oriented sessions—not merely status reporting. Proficiency in Jira, including workflows, dashboards, and metrics such as lead time, throughput, and work in progress. Knowledge of team development productivity and quality metrics. Native or equivalent Spanish proficiency.
