Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support specialist for AZ7 to ensure operational continuity of critical payment and banking transaction services, managing incidents and monitoring the transactional platform. Currently, at Banco Falabella, we are looking for an IT Support specialist for AZ7. This role aims to provide operational and functional support for the AZ7 transactional platform (Autoriza7\), ensuring operational continuity of critical services related to payment methods and banking transactions. The incumbent will be responsible for production monitoring, incident management, and support for implementations impacting the bank’s transactional switch. Responsibilities * Monitor the operation of the AZ7 platform and its integrations. * Manage incidents, requests, and problems in production environments. * Coordinate activities related to implementations and releases. * Perform transaction analysis and queries using SQL. * Track critical events and escalations. * Ensure compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs). * Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and internal vendor teams. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Executive Computer Engineering, Programmer Analyst, or related fields. * Work experience in banking or the financial industry. * Knowledge and experience with the Autoriza7 (AZ7\) platform. * Experience in application support or production support. * Availability to participate in rotating 24/7 shifts\. * Experience working with transactional platforms and payment methods. * SQL proficiency for queries and transactional data analysis (desirable). * Experience in application monitoring (desirable). * Familiarity with Datadog (desirable).
