Founded in 2018, we currently operate in Chile, Colombia, and Mexico, with plans for further expansion. We are looking for highly motivated Freelance Real Estate Photographer & Inspectors who wish to collaborate with us by photographing, inspecting, and listing properties on our platform. What will you do in this role? \- Coordinate visits with property owners to photograph properties on-site. \- Select appropriate images for publication to achieve desired outcomes. \- Upload available properties to Houm’s marketplace. \- Inspect properties and report operational, maintenance, or cleanliness issues. What do you need to apply? \- Knowledge of photography, photographic equipment, computer, and smartphone. \- Full availability is preferred. \- High motivation and passion for on-site work! Compensation is commission-based per listing and transaction closure. You are warmly invited to apply!
