Responsible for handling security tickets, managing monitoring tools, creating incidents, and responding to potential security risks affecting IT services for VP Corp’s clients—applying industry methodologies and best practices to support achievement of objectives within the Management. Key responsibilities include:\- Monitoring cybersecurity-related events. \- Using SIEM platform to apply Security Analytics. \- Reporting security vulnerabilities using available tools. \- Escalating issues to Internal Departments and Vendors. REQUIREMENTS \- Education: Civil or Executive Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science, Telematics, Electrical, or Telecommunications, with courses in operating systems and programming languages. \- No work experience required—but strong motivation to learn is essential! \- Knowledge of:\* Networks and protocols at the logical level. \* Linux and/or Windows operating systems. \* Security devices. \* Programming languages (Desirable).
