Monitor and track the behavior of technological solutions, verifying their proper operation and applying corrective measures when necessary. Analyze internal requirements related to corrective, evolutionary, or regulatory maintenance, evaluating technical feasibility and proposing solutions to resolve incidents. Develop necessary adjustments and corrections, following departmental methodologies and ensuring changes are properly integrated into the systems. Document each stage of the incident lifecycle (analysis, applied solution, evidence, and improvements), generating clear and traceable information for the team and internal audit. Serve as the technical counterpart to internal users, validating requirements, explaining root causes, and ensuring proposed solutions comply with regulatory and operational criteria. What are we looking for in you? Degree in Computer Engineering, Executive Engineering, Systems Analyst/Programmer, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, incident analysis, or corrective maintenance. **Technical Skills:** Java / Spring Boot (code reading and modifications), Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, scripts, corrections), Version Control (Bitbucket, SVN or Git), Application Servers (WebLogic or others), and Management Tools (Jira, Confluence).
