This opportunity is ideal for individuals who love storytelling, cultural exchange, and creating authentic experiences for international visitors. No professional tour guide license is required. We value local knowledge, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for showcasing Santiago. **What You'll Do** * Lead private walking experiences across Santiago's neighborhoods and landmarks (typically 3–8 hours) * Share engaging stories about the city's history, culture, traditions, and local lifestyle * Adapt each experience according to guests' interests and pace * Recommend local attractions, viewpoints, cafés, restaurants, and cultural activities * Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for every visitor * Optionally host food\-focused experiences for guests interested in Chilean gastronomy **Who We're Looking For** * Based in Santiago or very familiar with the city * Strong knowledge of Santiago's history, neighborhoods, and attractions * Fluent in at least one of the following languages: **Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Chinese** * Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with international visitors * Comfortable leading walking experiences lasting 3–8 hours * Passion for culture, food, and storytelling is a plus * Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or guiding is helpful but not required **What We Offer** * Flexible freelance schedule * Compensation of **US$100 per day** plus performance\-based bonuses * One\-day onboarding and introduction session * Support from an international team * No application, registration, membership, or entry fees * Opportunity to meet travelers from around the world **Additional Information** * This is a freelance / independent contractor opportunity. * Activities take place in public spaces and may vary in duration. * Candidates should ensure compliance with any applicable local regulations. **How to Apply** Apply directly through Indeed to be considered and join the Guydeez community in Santiago.
