What will you do? Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and security. Manage support and maintenance services for claims business systems, ensuring their operational continuity and continuous improvement. Identify and manage project risks, proposing effective mitigation plans. Coordinate user and stakeholder requirements, acting as a bridge between technical and business areas. Manage technology vendors and associated service contracts. Oversee solution implementation, ensuring compliance with the company’s technical and methodological standards. Ensure software and project deliverable quality. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Informatics Engineering, or a related field in technology and project management. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project leadership roles (ideally as Project Manager or similar). Proven experience leading complex technology projects and managing multiple stakeholders. Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services industries (mandatory). Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, or others). Experience in IT service management, support, and maintenance of critical systems.
