Houm is a Startup (PropTech - YC W21) and digital platform that enables managing, renting, and selling properties quickly, securely, and easily to thousands of users across Latin America. We were founded in 2018 and now operate in Chile, Colombia, and Mexico, with plans for further expansion. We are currently seeking highly motivated freelance Real Estate Photographer Inspectors who want to work with us by photographing, inspecting, and listing properties on our portal. What will you do in this role? - Coordinate visits with property owners to take photographs of the properties. - Determine the appropriate images to publish, aiming to achieve desired outcomes. - Upload available properties to Houm's marketplace. - Inspect and report operational, maintenance, or cleanliness issues of the properties. What do you need to apply? - Knowledge in photography, photographic equipment, computer, and smartphone. - Preferably have full availability - High motivation and passion for working on-site!
