At **TINET**, we continue growing and are looking for a **Freelance IT Recruiter** to support the identification, attraction, and selection of technology professionals. We seek an autonomous, organized, and results-driven individual with experience in IT recruitment processes and the ability to connect specialized talent with challenging opportunities. ###### **What will be your challenge?** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various technology roles. * Understand technical requirements and associated competencies for each search. * Conduct active sourcing, headhunting, and screening of IT professionals. * Evaluate candidates’ experience, technical knowledge, skills, and cultural fit. * Present candidates who meet the defined technical and professional requirements for each position. * Meet response timeframes and coverage targets established for each search. **Requirements and Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in recruiting and selecting IT, technology, or professional services profiles. * Familiarity with technology roles such as backend and frontend developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, support, infrastructure, and related positions. * Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements for positions. * High autonomy, organizational skills, proactivity, and goal-orientation. * Availability to work on a freelance basis and manage multiple concurrent processes. **Work Modality and Conditions:** * Freelance and flexible arrangement * Remote work * Payment tied to successfully completed recruitment processes * Opportunity to participate in multiple technology profile searches If you have experience recruiting IT talent and are interested in working independently alongside a people- and results-oriented team, we look forward to your application
