Core Design and Development: Lead configuration and extension of the Customer Service and Omnichannel modules, developing critical components such as C\# Plugins, Custom Workflows, and advanced extensions on Dataverse. Integration and Architecture: Design and support complex integrations with external systems via APIs, Power Platform, and Azure, consistently adhering to Microsoft’s architectural best practices. Technical Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects to conduct feasibility analyses, effort estimations, and technical documentation, ensuring system stability post-production. What are we looking for? Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computing, or related field. Proven senior-level experience as a Technical Consultant for Dynamics 365, specifically in the Customer Service and Omnichannel modules. Solid knowledge of: Dataverse, C\# Plugin development, Power Automate, and REST/SOAP API handling. Experience in platform security (GDPR) and environment management. Valid official Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications (mandatory). Intermediate technical English (desirable).
