Technical reference and agent of change **AI Lead Developer (Tech Lead) – Support, Evolution, and Innovation with AI** We are looking for a highly qualified AI Lead Developer to lead a technology support team, ensuring operational continuity, continuous improvement, and the evolution of business-critical solutions. This role requires not only technical leadership but also a strong innovation orientation—especially in adopting and integrating artificial intelligence tools—to empower the team to enhance productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** Lead and coordinate the technical support and development team. Serve as a technical reference and agent of change, promoting the adoption of new technologies. Actively drive the use of AI tools (Copilots, automation, code generation, intelligent testing, etc.) within the team. Train and mentor the team on the practical application of AI in development and support. Manage and resolve complex incidents in production environments. Promote process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the stability and evolution of solutions. Technical Requirements **Solid experience in:** Java Oracle (PL/SQL, databases) Angular Node.js Tools such as Visual Studio Code. Experience supporting mission-critical applications in production. Knowledge of modern architectures (APIs, microservices).
