Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. **Job Description** We are seeking a Backend Lead Developer in Go and Rust to technically lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services, participating in architectural decisions and platform evolution. **Responsibilities** * Lead the design and development of backend services using **Go and Rust**. * Define architecture, standards, and best development practices. * Design and maintain **APIs, microservices, and distributed systems**. * Optimize performance, concurrency, scalability, and resource utilization. * Implement automated testing, CI/CD, and quality controls. * Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership to the team. * Integrate databases, external services, and messaging systems. * Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. * Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Security, QA, and Product teams. **Requirements** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Solid and verifiable experience with **Go (Golang) and Rust**. * Proficiency in **REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and distributed systems**. * Experience with **SQL/NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git**. * Knowledge of concurrency, networking, security, and performance optimization. * Experience with **CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)**. * Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
