In this opportunity, we are looking for 2 Senior Fullstack Developers to join a strategic technological modernization project at a leading company in the pension sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct technical audits of existing back\-end and front\-end services. * Define business domains and efficient microservice-oriented workflows. * Build microservices with independent databases. * Ensure communication and observability through event-driven architecture. * Collaborate directly with the Infrastructure team and the Solutions Architect. * Actively participate in the transition from monolithic to distributed architectures. **Required Skills and Knowledge** We seek someone with high autonomy in making technical decisions, strong analytical ability, and effective communication skills to interact with business and infrastructure teams. **Mandatory Requirements** * Node.js / TypeScript / Next.js / React. * AWS (Amazon Web Services). * Apache Kafka (cross-cutting event layer). * TDD (Test Driven Development) / SDD (Spec\-Driven Development). * \+6 years of verifiable experience in similar roles. **Desirable** * Hexagonal Architecture. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * React Native / Tailwind CSS. **What Can We Offer You?** We want you to have a unique experience, so we propose: * Join a high-visibility strategic project. * Expand your professional development, with potential extension beyond the initial 3 months. * Remote work mode, with preference for candidates based in Santiago for occasional in-person sessions. * Immediate onboarding for a high-urgency challenge.
