AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is seeking a professional to fill the position of **Software Engineer with experience in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform** **Mandatory Technical Skills:** **Platform and Core Dynamics (Mandatory)** * Dynamics 365 Customer Service: configuration, form customization, views, dashboards, queues, cases, and SLAs. * Omnichannel for Customer Service: desirable knowledge of WhatsApp, chat, social media, and other channels. * Dataverse: table design, relationships, advanced queries, data modeling for customer service processes. **Languages and Development (Mandatory)** * JavaScript and TypeScript for D365 form customizations. * C# (.NET) plugins & Azure Functions for complex business logic. **Details:** * Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract * Work Mode: Hybrid (on-site in La Florida or Las Condes commune) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45–18:30 hrs **Benefits:** * Complementary Health and Dental Insurance * Oncological Insurance (FALP) * Influenza Vaccination (April) * Birthday Gift * Year-end Bonuses in September and December
