Achieving **USD 1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome together — thanks to the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people — writing another success story as one team. **What are we looking for?** We seek a Semi-Senior Backend Developer whose main objective will be: ### **Job Objective** To participate in the development and modernization of backend applications, collaborating on the migration of business logic from Oracle Service Bus (OSB) to a microservices-based architecture, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze components and business logic developed in Oracle Service Bus (OSB). * Develop and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot or Quarkus. * Integrate microservices with Core systems and Front\-End channels via APIs. * Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of backend solutions. * Collaborate with Architecture, QA, and Integration teams following agile methodologies and sound development practices. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * **3–5 years of experience** in backend development. * Experience with **Java** (preferably Java 17 or higher). * Experience with **Spring Boot** or **Quarkus**. * Experience developing **microservices** and **REST APIs**. * Knowledge of **Kubernetes** and/or **Red Hat OpenShift**. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Familiarity with **Oracle Service Bus (OSB)**. * Knowledge of **WebLogic**, **SOAP**, **XML**, **XQuery**, and **XSLT**. * Experience in technology migration or modernization projects. * Familiarity with **TM Forum Open APIs** standards. * Availability to attend the office in downtown Santiago as required by the client (3 days onsite / 2 remote). ### **What We Offer** * Participation in a high-impact technological transformation project. * Opportunity to join a specialized team focused on backend development and microservices. * Work with modern technologies and agile methodologies. * A **9-month project**, with potential extension based on performance and ongoing projects. * Profit-sharing bonus aligned with the office’s results. * Health insurance (upon transitioning to an indefinite-term contract). \#Babel **What We Offer** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
