Because the challenges you face reflect your ambitions! **To better tackle these challenges, you need:** Position Objective Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable backend services and microservices, ensuring proper integration with other systems and a consistent data experience, following best practices in development and cloud architecture. Main Responsibilities Software DevelopmentDevelop, test, and maintain backend services using Java 17 or higher. Build and evolve microservice architectures, ensuring independence, scalability, and maintainability. Write clean, testable code aligned with team standards and best practices. Data ManagementDesign and optimize data models in relational databases. Implement efficient queries and data access and manipulation processes. Ensure integrity, security, and performance of data managed by services. Architecture and IntegrationDevelop and implement solutions on cloud architectures. Design and implement system integrations via APIs and REST services. Collaborate with the architecture team to define integration and deployment standards. Quality and Best PracticesParticipate in code reviews and ensure compliance with technical standards. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to guarantee software quality. Document services, APIs, and relevant technical decisions. Collaboration and TeamworkCollaborate cross-functionally with Frontend, Mobile, QA, and Architecture teams. Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), providing visibility into technical progress. Report progress, blockers, and technical risks to the Technical Lead or respective management. Specific Functions Develop and maintain microservices in Java 17 or higher. Design relational database schemas and optimize SQL queries. Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms. Build and integrate APIs and REST services with internal and external systems. Perform unit and integration testing of developed services. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in development, testing, and production environments. Participate in continuous improvement of development and deployment processes. Requirements and Qualifications Requirements and Competencies **Technical:** Java 17 or higher. Microservice development. Relational database management. Cloud architectures. Experience with API and REST service integrations. **Soft Skills:** Analytical and problem-solving skills. Autonomy and proactivity in executing technical tasks. Strong communication and collaborative teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt to agile methodologies.
