We are looking to hire a **Full Stack Developer** who wants to join our team and actively contribute to the development, evolution, and improvement of the company’s technological solutions. **We seek a hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented profile, capable of working both in Front-End and Back-End**, who can understand business needs and translate them into efficient and sustainable technological solutions. **What will be your primary challenge?** Participate in the development and evolution of internal applications and solutions, engaging in the full development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and analysis through implementation, integration, production deployment, and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to work directly with various organizational departments, understanding their processes and proposing solutions that enhance their efficiency and technological transformation. **What will you do in this role?** * Design, develop, implement, and maintain web applications. * Develop Front-End solutions using Vue.js and React. * Build and maintain Back-End components and services primarily in Python. * Work with relational databases using PostgreSQL and SQL. * Develop and maintain integrations among applications, APIs, databases, and other systems. * Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement. * Resolve incidents and perform enhancements on existing applications. * Apply best practices in development, documentation, and version control. * Ensure quality, stability, and maintainability of developed solutions. **What are we looking for?** Professionals with a degree in **Computer Engineering, Computational Engineering, Programming Analyst, or related fields**, with approximately **3 years of experience in Full Stack development roles.** **Required experience and knowledge:** * **Front-End: Vue.js and React.** * **Back-End: Python.** * **Databases: PostgreSQL and SQL.** * **Integrations: APIs and system-to-system communication.** In addition to technical expertise, we seek an autonomous individual with strong analytical ability, results orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal users—capable of understanding the business context behind each development. **What will we especially value?** A proactive, solution-oriented, and communicative individual who enjoys tackling technical challenges and is able to propose alternatives—not just execute requirements.
