What will you do? Privacy by Design: You will collaborate with development teams to embed privacy as a structural feature from the design phase of each product—not as an afterthought. Risk and Impact Management: You will conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and lead the data breach response protocol, notifying authorities and users as appropriate. Data Governance: You will define the data lifecycle (collection, storage, and deletion) and manage our customers’ ARCO rights requests. What are we looking for? Degree in Law, Computer Engineering, or related fields focused on Regulatory Compliance. Solid experience in compliance, data auditing, and risk frameworks (ISO/IEC 27701 or NIST). Knowledge of local and international legislation (GDPR/LGPD) and data anonymization and encryption techniques. Mandatory certification: CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional).
