Analyze and understand the involved business processes to identify needs and improvement opportunities. Gather requirements, manage them independently, and drive them to satisfactory resolution. Propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices, prioritizing standard functionality and avoiding unnecessary custom developments. Analyze new SAP functionalities and assess their applicability to business processes. Estimate effort and timelines, develop work plans, and coordinate necessary resources for each requirement. Configure proposed solutions, perform testing, and maintain up-to-date documentation. Analyze and manage GAPs when standard SAP functionality does not meet business needs, generating appropriate justification and documentation. Prepare technical-functional specifications and track solution development as required. Investigate incidents and issues via SAP Marketplace/Notes and manage cases with SAP when necessary. Work directly with end-user departments, coordinating activities, validations, and approvals. Design test plans and cases, execute unit and integration tests, and document evidence to ensure deliverable quality. Propose solutions that enhance user experience using available tools within the SAP ecosystem, such as SAP BTP. What are we looking for? Senior experience in SAP TM (Transportation Manager) and SAP Solution Manager modules. Ability to independently manage requirements—from initial identification of needs through to final resolution. Experience in business process analysis and SAP solution design. Knowledge of SAP best practices and a standard-first approach.
