Collaborate with YPF teams to keep scenario, process, and step documentation consistent and up-to-date in the tools defined by YPF. Develop solution proposals aligned with SAP best practices, considering the sustainability principle — Standard First. Analyze new functionality provided by BF (Business Function) or other SAP solutions. Produce effort and time estimates aligned with the estimation matrix defined in this tender document (Annex II), along with a corresponding work plan identifying all required resources and profiles, coordinating availability of necessary personnel for resolution during the planned sprint. Configure the proposed solution, conduct testing, and document results. Develop a business case justifying the creation of a GAP for functionality not covered by standard SAP. Obtain information on the business value delivered by such a GAP to build and present the case to the GAP Killing Committee, which may approve or reject the GAP. Analyze issues by searching SAP Marketplace notes and/or generating SAP messages for identified errors. Liaise with end-user departments and coordinate tasks required to obtain user acceptance and approvals. What are we looking for?
