OBJECTIVE: An IT Technician responsible for supporting various devices and systems used in Falabella stores and Stand-Alone locations, ensuring operational continuity. Responsibilities: 1\. Review requirements from different store departments and resolve them according to priority. 2\. Provide support for POS terminals; report rollouts to respective supervisors. For major repairs, request external company visits for inspection and quotation. 3\. Configure software on computers to keep them operational (Corporate Software: Office, Mail, Apps). 4\. Provide on-site technical support to other central office support teams at stores. 5\. Coordinate requests for password changes, account creation/deletion, and other tasks executed from central offices. 6\. Verify network point functionality. If necessary, submit repair or new installation requests to the store, using external companies. 7\. Install and configure printers. If required, submit requests to printer vendors. 8\. Provide technical support during events such as Christmas and Cyber Day. 9\. Conduct equipment inventories as requested by central office. 10\. Participate in activities and projects led by the Operations Management team for stores. 11\.
