Key Responsibilities: Part Machining: Operate CNC Machining Centers, perform CAM design, work in a comfortable office environment with high-end instrumentation. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand detailed technical drawings for component manufacturing. Perform on-machine programming or software-based CAM programming (specific experience must be indicated). Machine Setup: Complete machine configuration, including tool mounting, workpiece fixturing, and machining parameter adjustment. 3D Printer Operation (Preferred): Use 3D printers to produce prototypes, jigs, fixtures, or other required components. Quality Control: Measure and verify dimensions of machined parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Maintenance and Housekeeping: Perform basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Problem Solving: Identify and efficiently resolve operational issues arising during production. Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate effectively with various departments across the company. Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a CNC MACHINING CENTER OPERATOR. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints. Proficiency in using dimensional measurement instruments.
