Map business counterparts by community and integrate them into the governance cycle. Design and execute the program’s communication plan across the organization. Enable and support model representatives designated within each community. Build and analyze the adoption dashboard, considering perceived value, decision quality, capability, and sustainability. Collaborate with the client’s People Management area on role and profile changes implied by the model. What are we looking for? 12 or more years of experience in organizational change management. Experience leading corporate program change management with simultaneous impact on business operations and role structure. Experience working with executive committees and People Management areas in role or staffing change processes. Experience in at least two transformation programs of a similar nature. Ability to independently conduct adoption conversations with business managers. Practical knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalents, applied in real-world settings. Experience in designing executive communications and internal campaigns. Sufficient understanding of agile methodologies to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
