Position: Service Scheduler – Tierra Amarilla Branch (Copiapó) Purpose of the Position: To ensure proper execution of assigned preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Komatsu Arrienda equipment, both in Workshops and in the Field (Rental and Used), being responsible for ensuring availability of spare parts, workforce, and services from other workshops; verifying correct operation of technical procedures; overseeing adherence to work plans and company-defined policies; and coordinating and optimizing technical resources to guarantee service levels committed to internal and external business areas and customers. Main Responsibilities: Manage the complete repair cycle in Workshop and Field: assessment, resource planning (spare parts and personnel), execution, and implementation. Create service notifications and service orders (SO) in SAP system, including budget entry and technical reports. Review and request corrections to technical reports, if necessary. Monitor time, spare parts usage, and consumables for each repair. Coordinate repair service execution both in Workshop and in Field. Verify proper receipt of spare parts and consumables, and track repair progress. Manage quotations from various suppliers according to required service or spare part, ensuring timely responses. Ensure services and spare parts meet technical and operational requirements defined by the Operations Department.
