A prominent insurance company is seeking an **Automation Developer** to participate in the development and continuous improvement of solutions that automate operational processes using integration tools, document processing, and Artificial Intelligence. The professional will work on an existing technology platform, focusing on developing and integrating new automations. Main Responsibilities * Develop automation workflows using **n8n**. * Implement information extraction and processing procedures using OCR. * Develop Python/Django solutions to complement automations. * Integrate applications via APIs. * Administer and query PostgreSQL databases. * Support optimization of administrative and financial processes. * Participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvements. Requirements **Education** * Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering, Programming Analyst, or related degree. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in automation development or backend development. **Mandatory Skills** * n8n. * Python and Django. * OCR (Tesseract or similar technologies). * PostgreSQL. * Basic AWS (EC2 and S3\). **Desirable** * Knowledge of accounting catalogs. * Financial analysis. * Experience in risk, operations, or back-office areas.
