Migration Strategy: Lead criticality and dependency analysis to execute migration plans (the 6 Rs). Operational Assurance: Ensure business continuity during cutovers by defining coexistence and rollback plans. Technical Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (DevOps, QA, Infrastructure) and supervise implementation of critical services (App Services, Key Vault, API Gateways). Standardization and Automation: Define Infrastructure-as-Code guidelines (Terraform) and DevSecOps strategies. Risk Management: Participate in migration waves, resolution of critical incidents, and specialized support (Hypercare). Exclusive Requirements 1\. Azure Architecture and Services: Solid experience with Landing Zones, high availability, and PaaS services. Proficiency in: App Services, Key Vault, Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Event Hub, and Cache for Redis. 2\. Migration and Modernization: Experience migrating .NET Framework (3\.5\+) and .NET Core/6\+ applications. Advanced knowledge of database migration (Azure DMS, SQL Server Always On).
