We aim to develop a specialized line in Industrial Rope Access applied to real industry: maintenance, inspections, assembly, piping, welding, mechanical support, and technical solutions in hard-to-reach locations. We are not focusing on facade cleaning. We seek someone with both technical and commercial mindset who wants to help build a new area with real growth potential. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Proactive, autonomous, and initiative-driven individual. * Enjoys generating opportunities and engaging with clients. * Ideally has experience or familiarity with the rope access industry. * Willing to get involved both onsite and in business development. * Motivated by building something from scratch and growing it.
