Identify, inventory, and characterize existing documents, identifying their business context, metadata, classification, volume, lifecycle, and migration conditions. Analyze large document inventories to identify duplicates, incomplete fields, exceptions, and potential inconsistencies. Gather and document business rules related to document management through interviews and information analysis. Translate business requirements into concrete attributes, relationships, rules, and specifications for configuring and executing the migration to FileNet. Analyze and document migration conditions, considering document types, files, versions, retention, and lifecycle. Generate and maintain inventories and information matrices using advanced Excel, providing the FileNet team with a clear and precise definition to execute the migration. What are we looking for? Knowledge of taxonomies, metadata, document types, and files. Knowledge of versioning, retention, and document lifecycle. Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze massive inventories and detect duplicates, incomplete fields, and exceptions.
