We are currently seeking a Functional Analyst with solid accounting experience to join an accounting consolidation project for a corporate holding, where multiple systems and information structures coexist. **Benefits** * Life insurance * Supplementary health insurance * IPC adjustment (semiannual) * Client and candidate referral program * Training program in partnership with Platzi * Career development and mobility plan * Birthday leave day * Gifts for birth or marriage **Requirements:** --------------- **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze chart of accounts and accounting structures originating from different systems. * Understand the accounting logic of records in Oracle and in the proprietary accounting system. * Define account mapping criteria and data transformation rules. * Elicit and document clear, detailed functional requirements. * Ensure the resulting information enables accurate accounting consolidation of the holding. * Collaborate with developers to clarify functional criteria and resolve questions. * Identify accounting risks or inconsistencies in the integration process. **Profile Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related field. * Solid experience in accounting and accounting information analysis. * Prior experience in Functional Analyst or similar roles. * Ability to interpret and compare different charts of accounts. * Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (Oracle preferred). * Ability to document functional requirements clearly and structurally. * Strong analytical judgment and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
