Experience designing and operating comprehensive organizational portfolio governance. Experience defining corporate OKR and cyclical planning standards. Participation in at least two similar transformation programs. Ability to engage with the client’s Central Office on equal footing. Experience building and managing: Governance meeting calendar; Metrics and OKRs—from bank-wide level down to teams; Quality standards for inputs per cycle; Development cycle metrics per community; Support for Delivery Leads—especially domain-level planning and dependency management. Knowledge: Advanced OKR—cascading, outcomes vs. activities, measurement; Functional/administrative Jira—hierarchies, epics, dependencies, filters, dashboards; Advanced Excel and data visualization.
