Description

Position Summary: Coordinates the shipment of supplies and goods, manages projects for improvements and growth, and ensures fulfillment of customer requirements within the supply chain. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Manages coordination of supply and goods shipments across multiple sites. Determines labor requirements to ensure timely delivery of goods as specified by the customer. * Applies project management to drive improvements, cost savings, and support business growth. Collaborates with supply chain partners to ensure customer requirements are met. This position may include some supervisory responsibilities. Structured as a growth-oriented role. * Picking preparation process * Receiving process * Procurement management of products or materials. * Purchase order generation * Advisor to sales representatives and customers * Works with other departmental and site employees to achieve and maintain ISO 9001 certification. * Performs duties as required by management in accordance with needs within the Supply Chain function. **HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintains order and cleanliness, contributing to the 5S standard in the work area. * Fully complies with all procedures, instructions, safety policies, and other standards established by the company. * Reports unsafe conditions and actions identified, and contributes to their correction through the various channels (verbal, platforms, or others) provided by the company. * Immediately reports incidents related to personnel safety, process safety, and environmental safety. * Respects all engineering safety controls without interference. * Respects and follows guidelines stipulated in the Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene and Safety (RIOHS), Employment Contract, and Company Code of Conduct. **INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES** * Reports any situation affecting or potentially affecting the Integrated Management System. * Understands the Integrated Management System Policy and objectives relevant to their process. * Understands documented information associated with their process. * Complies with operational controls defined in the Integrated Management System that relate to their activities. **POSITION PROFILE** * Minimum: High school education. * Preferred: Technical degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field. * SAP system proficiency. * Excel knowledge. * Knowledge of transportation, shipping, and export is preferred for this role. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \u0026 Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
