We are currently looking for proactive, fast-paced, and energetic **Kitchen Assistants** to join our team at **Kali \& Dipsy's**, located at Costanera Center. Your main responsibilities: * **Mise en place:** Daily preparation of ingredients, sauces, vegetable cuts, and proteins, strictly following technical sheets. * **Service Support:** Assist chefs across various stations (Cold and Hot Kitchen) during your shift to ensure rapid order dispatch. * **Quality and Waste Control:** Impeccable product labeling, strict FIFO system implementation, and rigorous handling of raw materials. * **Hygiene and Cleaning:** Maintain order and perform deep cleaning of your workstation and equipment, fully complying with Seremi de Salud regulations. What we look for in you: * **Experience:** At least 1–2 years working as a Kitchen Assistant in restaurants, hotels, or high-traffic bars (experience in high-traffic environments such as malls or shopping centers is highly valued). * **Agility and Organization:** Proven ability to work under pressure without compromising station cleanliness or order. * **Availability:** Willingness to work rotating shifts under a 5x2 schedule (including weekends and holidays). * **Education:** Technical studies in Gastronomy preferred (not mandatory if you have solid hands-on experience). What we offer: * **Salary:** $650\.000 net per month \+ restaurant tips. * **Excellent Schedule:** Rotating 5x2 shift system (work 5 days, rest 2 days per week). * **Benefits:** Meal allowance of approximately $60\.000 per month, paid biweekly and loaded onto a mobile app. * **Stability:** Initial fixed-term contract, with transition to indefinite-term subject to performance evaluation.
