Position Summary: We are seeking Sales Assistants to guide and advise customers, maintain store organization and restock products, and participate in the commercial setup of stores. Currently, we are looking for full-time Sales Assistants for our store located at Departamental, in the Metropolitan Region, to participate in the store assembly and commercial setup process. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding and advising customers during sales, maintaining order and restocking products in your assigned area, answering customer inquiries, organizing products, handling commercial store setup tasks, and other duties inherent to the position. Minimum Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * At least 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Experience in sales and customer advisory services related to the products and projects we market. We seek motivated individuals with strong customer orientation who can identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and wish to grow and develop internally. Candidates must be available to work rotating shifts (6x1 or 5x2), with two Sundays off per month.
