We are an IT Services and Consulting company. We are looking for a committed, proactive, and technically skilled WMS Oracle (SaaS) Consultant or Analyst to join a team in the retail sector. **Main Role:** Ensure the proper operation, functional support, and continuous improvement of the Oracle WMS Cloud (SaaS) warehouse management system, providing an integrated perspective between logistics processes and technological tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide functional and operational support for the Oracle WMS Cloud system across various warehouse processes: receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. * Manage incidents, requirements, and improvements in the WMS, collaborating with operations, IT, and the system vendor. * Configure the system according to business needs, ensuring alignment with logistics processes. * Participate in improvement projects, implementation of new workflows, integrations, or functionalities within Oracle WMS SaaS. * Analyze, document, and optimize workflow processes in the distribution center, proposing technological solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. * Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and system change rollouts. * Collaborate with integration teams (ERP, e\-commerce, TMS) to ensure data consistency and traceability across platforms. * Generate functional reports, process documentation, and user manuals for operational teams. * Participate in training and ongoing development for key users. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with Oracle WMS Cloud (SaaS). * Prior experience in logistics environments, distribution centers, or retail is mandatory. **Technical Skills:** * Functional proficiency in the Oracle WMS (Cloud/SaaS) system. * Knowledge of warehouse operational processes (receiving, storage, order fulfillment, dispatch, inventory). * Desirable experience in integration with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or others). * Familiarity with data analysis tools and SQL (basic/intermediate level). * Desirable: knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, or agile methodologies (Scrum). **Soft Skills:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate between operational and technical teams. * Strong communication skills with frontline users (operators, supervisors) and project leaders. * Internal customer orientation, proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
