You will guarantee **accuracy in ERP/CRM** through proactive management and continuous improvement implementation. **What Will You Do in This Role?** We focus the role on three pillars of action: **1\. Inventory Management and Control** * **Audit and reconcile** technicians' sub\-inventories against dispatch guides. * **Conduct physical and on-hand inventory counts** in collaboration with logistics and technical teams. * Propose and **implement improvements** in logistics processes to continuously optimize the supply chain. **2\. Process Analysis and Optimization** * **Lead the analysis** of erroneous transactions in **Oracle and Siebel systems**, managing precise adjustments with the User Support Center (CAU). * **Design and implement methodologies** to increase counting accuracy and **minimize future errors**. * **Analyze material consumption data**, proposing **optimization strategies based on KPIs**. **3\.
