Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the migration of retail solutions, applying advanced modeling and automation for data-driven decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Integrate ML solutions into digital products Stefanini LATAM is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to participate in the migration of retail sector solutions, applying advanced modeling and automation techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making. Hybrid Work Model **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: * Design, automate, and scale Machine Learning systems applying advanced MLOps practices * Actively participate in key stages of the ML lifecycle: *data dependencies, ingestion, pre\-processing, feature engineering, orchestration, pipeline, transformation e integration testing* * Implement regression, classification, segmentation, clustering, and time-series models * Optimize model performance using techniques such as cross\-validation, regularization, and error curve analysis * Configure APIs to enable production consumption of models * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate ML solutions into digital products * Promote software engineering best practices (PEP8, SOLID principles, modularity, code review) * Ensure code quality through CI/CD/CT and GitHub version control * Utilize cloud tools such as GCS, BigQuery, and Vertex AI (including Kubeflow pipelines) * Present results and progress clearly and effectively using tools like Excel and PowerPoint **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Competencies: * More than 4 years of experience in similar roles * Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (preferred) * Advanced English (spoken and written) * Strong statistical knowledge (descriptive statistics, percentiles, hypothesis testing) * Experience in feature engineering and advanced modeling * Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and Docker * Experience with CI/CD/CT practices and GitHub version control * Advanced understanding of the analytics lifecycle: preprocessing, training, optimization, evaluation/inference, postprocessing * Analytical ability, planning skills, and active listening * Execution-oriented mindset, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement Required Tech Stack: * Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * PySpark, Spring * Python, Java * Apache Airflow * Cosmos Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
