In this opportunity, we are looking for a **Lead** **Data Engineer.** **Main Responsibilities** * Guide and coordinate the data engineering team, establishing technical direction and ensuring high-quality code reviews. Promote engineering excellence and foster a collaborative environment. Serve as a technical decision-making reference and mentor for the team. * Define and oversee the comprehensive data platform architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability. Align solutions with strategic business needs. Maintain consistent architectural standards and design patterns across the entire ecosystem. * Design and oversee scalable data pipelines and data models, applying best practices for performance and maintainability. Ensure efficient integration between Snowflake and Azure. Guarantee data quality, observability, and stability in production. * Lead infrastructure implementation using Terraform, ensuring consistency and automation across all environments. Drive CI/CD adoption for pipelines and platform components. Oversee deployment processes and ensure production-ready solutions. * Collaborate closely with data, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs. Define migration strategies and oversee their execution.
