**What are we looking for?** We are looking for a **ERP (ORACLE) Support Specialist** based in **Santiago de Chile.** Supports the needs related to the company's ERP system (Oracle Cloud) and works with the business areas to implement solutions and fix problems; on the other hand, will be a point of contact between users of the systems and external consultants. **What challenges will you face?** Analysis and study of functionalities available on the platform to identify opportunities for improvement to implement in the current or future processes of the Company Technical and functional support to ERP users (N1\) Resolution of incidents and evolutions through tickets in the Help Desk, coordinate and derive tickets to N2 (external support), and control the resolution of tickets globally and resource consumption. Customize and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules according to the organization's needs, maximizing efficiency and utility. Data management and analysis within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including extraction, transformation, and information loading. Train users and derivatives of tickets, in addition to the design and execution of the training plan for end users. **What specific knowledge do you need?** * At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP systems and related platforms (EPM). * Systems Engineering, Systems Analyst, or related field. * Oracle certifications are a plus * Familiarity with management and development tools related to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, such as SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle Developer Tools, Oracle Workflow and Oracle BI Tools, Oracle Application Express (APEX), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). **What does Atlas offer you?** * Belong to a multicultural, inclusive, and diverse environment.
